Chalet description

Chalet Bon Viveur has been tastefully renovated and is one of the oldest chalets in Chamonix. Set in the heart of the old village of Les Bois, Chamonix, the chalet enjoys stunning 360-degree views of the Mont Blanc massif from panoramic windows, balcony and terrace. Lovingly restored, the chalet maintains its original features of stone and wooden beams and is a perfect place to escape to and curl up in front of the fire.

The chalet has 4 en-suite bedrooms and a large open plan living area with a central open fireplace between the library and sitting room. There are two bedrooms on the top floor, both with convertible twin/double beds. The master bedroom has a sculpted copper bath, while the second bathroom has a shower room. The third bedroom is on the first floor, with a four poster double bed and shower room, and the fourth bedroom is one the ground floor with convertible twin/double beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The main living space is on the first floor, which is a large open plan area with a central open fireplace between the library and sitting room. Tucked into an alcove behind the fireplace, there are office facilities including an iMac computer and printer. The sitting room and dining areas open out onto a terrace and balcony with wonderful views of Mont Blanc. The wooden gable end of the house has been replaced with glass to give an amazing view up to the Flégère and Brévent slopes.

The winter prices for chalet Bon Viveur include exclusive use of the chalet on a self catered basis, concierge service for all your in-resort requirements, and daily house keeping
