Luxury Chamonix chalets

Nomadic has some of the best luxury chalet accommodation in the Chamonix valley and we do not say this lightly. It gets confusing when looking for places to stay and everybody describes their properties as the best in the valley. So it is worth highlighting some points to be considered when choosing accommodation in Chamonix Mont Blanc.
The Chamonix valley is nearly 25 kms long, which makes it very spread out. There is a large town centre which is the focal point of most night life and shopping. With accommodation in Chamonix spread from one end of the valley to the other make sure you know where you are staying in relation to town.
There is very limited ski in ski out accommodation in Chamonix as most of the slopes are above the valley floor with only the home runs and beginners areas down low. The ski areas are also not linked (apart from Brevent and Flegere) so be sure of your access to the ski areas. Do you have a car?, will the tour company take you where you want to go?, like us. Also will they be there to pick you up again?
Our chalets The Castle and Belle Cachette are situated in town just a stroll away from the extensive shopping and great nightlife. Chalet Eftikhia is in the village of Argentiere at the base of the Grand Montets ski area. Guests in all three chalets are just a few minutes stroll to the shops and nightlife. The Chamonix valley lives 12 months of the year and is not a man made resort. The ability to simply walk to the shops, stroll home from the bars and do as you please, when you please makes your holiday complete.
Each luxury chalet enjoys fantastic views with great sun both in summer and winter. Guests enjoy large private balconies and outdoor entertainment areas with outdoor jacuzzis or saunas in every chalet, open log fires in two, WiFi broad band internet, music & DVD entertainment systems.
