Our concierge service is a dedicated phone line to the management team. From a booking in the best mountain restaurant to assisting with lost luggage at the airport we are here to help.

Concierge services include but are not limited to:

- booking our in resort chauffeur
- delivery of lift passes on your first morning
- chalet delivered ski and boot fitting for hire equipment
- private or group ski tuition for all levels with English speaking instructors
- personally recommended UIAGM Mountain Guides
- reservation of mountain lunch spots, restaurants and après ski activities
- organisation of on-site sports massage and beauty treatments
- arrange childcare, crèche and babysitting services
- Advising and arranging all your on and off mountain activities
