The Nomadic team has searched the UK travel insurance market and has found what we believe to be the best activity / sports holiday insurance. We found cheaper, but we did not find better value than DOGTAG Insurance.
It is absolutely essential when traveling to have good insurance, particularly when you are partaking in lots of different sports and activities. Click on the link or give them a call on 0800 0364824.
Ensure the policy covers all the activities you will partake in during your stay.
Travelers from the UK are also advised to complete an E111 form from the Post Office to ensure reciprocal medical cover where possible.
There is also the opportunity to purchase 'Carte Neige' mountain rescue with your lift pass. At a paltry
€2.50 Euros per day it represents fantastic value to purchase French mountain rescue and third party cover. This is NOT travel insurance and only covers you whilst on the mountain not for anything else.
